Just be prepared to spend a 2 or 3 Requisition points to get the Paladin using this method. Check often when missions spawn as you may see other advanced classes as mission rewards. You can view mission rewards beforehand to see if they will reward you with a Paladin. Recruit Them From Missions A Purifier, another advanced class, is offered as a mission reward. You can select the Paladin here to get it without being at the mercy of random mission rewards.
